The medical sangha members vaccinated about 240 novices under the age of 16 for chickenpox, mumps and measles, and several other infectious diseases. At intervals of one week each will be followed by another 2 vaccination rounds. The same procedure then follows in the nunnery on the mountain.
Exam time for the little ones and the adults. There are no grades, but the outcome will determine if they will advance to the next higher study group.
